Murder on the Orient Express brings together fantastic acting from what in 1974 was the crème de la Thestory is still well told and lands on a pretty great solution to all the parlour games, but it ultimately feels old fashioned rather than nostalgic. The type of story best suited to BBC Murderon the Orient Express hit movie theaters on Friday and it confronts some of the more problematic elements of Agatha Christie's writing head on. Specifically, her casual use of racism and xenophobia that is littered throughout her novels.
